Checklist for Preparing Submissions

As part of the submission process, authors are required to mark whether their submissions are consistent with the supporting materials. Entries with authors who don't follow these standards risk having their entire submission cycle rejected.

The submission is not currently being considered by another journal for thought, nor has it lately been distributed (or a clarification has been given in Comments to the Editor).

• The submission record is a Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or RTF report document format.

• Where possible, the references' URLs have been included.

• The text is single-spaced, formatted in 12-point font, uses italics rather than underlining (aside from for URLs), and all illustrations, figures, and tables are positioned appropriately within the message rather than at the end.

· Does the journal have permission to publish your email address in the event that this composition is acknowledged? The content conforms with the detailed and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

• Does this submission require any reporting of funding?

• I/We have disclosed any potential unresolvable circumstances in the research. Any outside assistance has been acknowledged in the Acknowledgments.
