• Copyright on any open access article in a journal published by Intellectual Society of Knowledge and Innovation (ISKI) is retained by the author(s).
• Authors award The Intellectual Society of Knowledge and Innovation a license to print the manuscript and classify itself as the novel producer.
• Authors too award some third party the right to use the manuscript without restrictions providing its honesty is upheld and its novel authors, citation minutiae and publisher are acknowledged.

Where an author is banned from being the copyright holder (such as in the instance of government workers or those of Commonwealth governments), slight disparities may be vital.
