Additional Documents
Before attempting to present the original copy, make sure the supporting documents are ready.
First required document: a cover letter
Without a cover letter, the manager won't transmit and acknowledge the manuscript. A cover letter is a necessary supporting document.
An introduction letter should be succinct and include the information below:
• A slide showing the name of the original copy.
• The rationale for why The Quarterly Applied Sciences (QAS) readership will find your review important and relevant.
• A justification for why the article hasn't already been published and why it isn't being considered for publication in another magazine. If it has already been submitted someplace else but has been rejected, withdrawn, or anything else, please state this with the appropriate justification.
• A statement confirming that all authors approved of the work before it was submitted to the journal.
• An explanation of any problems relating to the arrangements for The Quarterly Applied Sciences (QAS)
• A description of any anticipated unfavorable circumstances, such as the disclosure of recently published abstracts
• A list of all financing sources, if any
Docx or pdf are acceptable file types for an introductory letter.
Institutional Review Board, second mandatory document (IRB)
All publications submitted to The Quarterly Applied Sciences (QAS) must provide moral endorsement of the research in the form of letters from the institutional ethics review board (ERB), or any other substantial type of moral endorsement (QAS). The principal exceptions to this rule include letters to the supervisor in light of new information. Send an MS Word document outlining the rationale for the standard's exemption for letters, review articles, and other types of writing. Be aware that this method of getting around the framework wouldn't be accepted in circumstances requiring moral support. The original draught will be examined by the knowledgeable group and returned to the authors. For all of the journals it supports, the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan has established publication ethics guidelines. These guidelines are followed by the Quarterly Applied Sciences (QAS) journal.
Docx or pdf files are suitable options for moral approval of study.
